Tottenham teen given ASBO to tackle gang crime

A 17-year-old boy from Tottenham was given an anti social behaviour order on Thursday in a bid to tackle gang crime.

Kyle Kemp, from Chisley Road, is not allowed to associate in public with 13 named people in Haringey, Waltham Forest, Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Newham.

He is also banned from going to Waltham Forest unless accompanied by one of ten relatives and is forbidden from entering the same five boroughs with a mobile phone other than the one registered in his name.

The two-year ASBO was granted by Stratford Magistrates Court.
